Over the past five years, Jon Michael has carved out a compelling space in the world of homegrown solo projects. His commitment to sonic exploration is mapped across the entirety of Domestikwom’s output to this point: two full-lengths, two splits, and two EPs. While the first releases lived primarily in the black metal and doom genres, each subsequent new endeavor reveals a reckless abandon at stretching those boundaries and infusing them with elements of noise, electronic, and sampling aesthetics.

Initially issued last summer during the height of COVID-19 as a digital-only offering, PKD is excited to present Wallowing in Misery for the first time in a physical format. These tracks showcase Jon Michael adeptly working in the world of loops, ambient doom, and noise elements.

Limited to an exclusive run of 20 tapes, this release also features a new bonus track, available only via Philip K. Discs.
